Access to our online database of illnesses (Under construction...)

For registration click on 'Register' button which with you accept the Terms and Conditions. You can find the informative of security here, the rights of the patients here. After sending the registration form you will receive an activation e-mail. You confirm your registration with it. You cannot use our services with an account not confirmed. If you do not activate your account in 48 hours, your registration will be deleted. (If you cannot find the activation e-mail, check your Spam folder too.)
